First, thank you so much for visiting my store!

New pieces are currently listed every 8-10 weeks. Notifications will be posted on Instagram and to email subscribers. Follow me on Instagram to get sneak peeks of upcoming stock and subscribe to my newsletter for additional information.

I do not offer custom orders. Occasionally, I may offer pre-orders for certain items and may allow for some customization, if possible (e.g. specific glaze colors).

I ship all over the world and shipping is calculated based on weight and location. Every order comes with insurance, and any breakages will be refunded.

I hope you love the pieces you choose. However, if you change your mind, please send it back and I’ll refund the purchase price minus shipping costs.

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Pieces must be returned and arrive to me in the same condition they were sent.

If you receive a piece that is damaged or not as described, you will have the choice of a full refund of the purchase price and shipping costs or a replacement piece of your choice.

Yes, unless otherwise noted all pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. The known exceptions are for any pieces containing gold or other over glaze lusters. Those must be hand washed and contain metal, so they are not microwave safe.

For the longest lasting piece, I always recommend hand washing.
