Kiln Firing Service: L&L E18M-3 Kiln December 2024

This is to book a kiln firing during the month of December. Tickets will open on the 1st and close on December 23rd. You may drop off your items for firing during the drop-off and pickup dates and times that can be found on this calendar. Please note, due to the increased volume of firings requested during the holidays, it can take up to three weeks to fire your items. We will fire itmes in the order that they are received and you will be informed of the turnaround times during drop-off. 

To book the kiln, you will purchase a kiln ticket for a fee of $7, which will be applied to your final amount due. Additional fees based on the space your pieces take up firing will be assessed during or shortly after drop-off. You must approve the fees prior to firing and will be sent an invoice. Kiln Firing Fees:

For each cone 04 bisque and cone 6 glaze fire

• $7 per half shelf (15”x7.5”), $9 per half shelf if piece exceeds 8” in height
• $12 per shelf (15”x15”), $15 per shelf if piece exceeds 8” in height
• $40 for full kiln (required for custom firing schedules or non-standard firing temps of cone 04 and 6)

Special firings (e.g. luster, crystal glaze, custom single firing, large kiln, etc.)

• $50 for full kiln
