Pottery Open Studio 2025

Throughout 2025 students will have time to come in to practice on their own outside of class time. This option is only available for current and former students who are familiar with the space. 

• Open Studio is a set $5 per hour, via cash, electronic payment, or self-service (subject to tax).
• You can sign up for 1, 2, or 3 hours during open studio hours to better fit your needs. 
• Slots are booked on SignUpGenius and are first come, first serve.
• Open studio attendees are expected to clean up within their allotted time session.
• Clay, firings, and glaze are not included, but you can use your remaining clay from class, or purchase clay which comes with firings 

As with classes, there are general pottery supplies for use in the studio. Personal tool kits are also available to purchase for $15. An apron and towel will be provided, though you can bring your own. Bisque firing will occur before the last week of each open studio period as listed below, and glaze firing will occur after the last day of open studio. Pickup instructions will be provided after the end of open studio.

*Please note we will be on extended hiatus in August-September 2025. Pieces made after August 20th will not be available until after October.
