Class and Workshop FAQ

Yes! This is a pet friendly studio, and my cats are often nearby if not in the studio. This does not guarantee that you will spot a cat. If you do see one, please be respectful of their presence. They can be a skittish of new visitors.

Due to the high level of participation required for these classes, enrollment is capped at four students per session/series. If you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can offer the spot to someone on the wait list.

  • To qualify for a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the first class.
    • Cancellations made within the 6 day window before the start date of a class will receive a 50% account credit that can be used for future classes, workshops, or products.
    • No refunds will be made after the class start date.
  • We understand busy schedules, work, travel, and vacation can make multi-week classes difficult. However, we are not able to offer partial registrations  refunds for missed classes at this time. If you have to miss a class you can catch-up during the next class. Make up sessions are no longer offered, but you can arrange one open studio session per series. Open studio allows you to use the studio for 3 hours with no instruction. You will be provided some basic guidance in using the space.
  • If a class is cancelled or rescheduled by the studio, you will be offered a slot in the rescheduled class or a refund. 

Not currently. Classes and workshops are already small with four people. We are all hear to learn (even instructors), so you are always in a safe space!

That depends. Please touch base with the studio for permission. The studio can fit four students and an instructor comfortably, and an extra body may be a bit crowded. For outdoor workshops, this is not as much a concern, but these workshops often feature process and ingredients present that need to be closely monitored around animals. If you arrive with an animal guest without permission, you may be asked to bring your pet home. Service animals are always welcomed.

New pieces are currently listed every 8-10 weeks. Notifications will be posted on Instagram and to email subscribers. Follow me on Instagram to get sneak peeks of upcoming stock and subscribe to my email for additional information.

I do not offer custom orders. Occasionally, I may offer pre-orders for certain items.

I ship all over the world and shipping is currently a flat fee for $10 in the US and $20 for international orders. Every order comes with insurance, and any breakages will be refunded.

We hope you love the pieces you choose, however, if you change your mind, please reach out to us for a return authorization within 14 days of receipt.

  • For a full refund of returned items, minus shipping cost, pieces must be returned and arrive to me in the same condition they were sent.
    • Return shipping will be your responsibility.
    • In-person returns to our studio are accepted, and can be scheduled when reaching out for a return authorization.
  • Returns without a return authorization will not be accepted. Items that were shipped back without a return authorization are considered forfeited and will not be returned to you.
  • Defective or damaged items, can be exchanged or refunded within 90 days. After 90 days, you may receive a discount or credit for up to 50% of the value of the original item for a replacement item.
  • Discounted items and “seconds” are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Yes, unless otherwise noted all pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. The known exceptions are for any pieces containing gold or other over glaze lusters. Those contain metal, so they are not microwave safe and should be hand washed .

For the longest lasting piece, I always recommend hand washing even if the item does not contain luster..
